Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

   1.1 Unused Products

   We accept returns on unused products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

   1.2 Non-returnable Items

   Gift cards are non-refundable.

   1.3 Return Process

   To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@edwardharskin.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process.

2. Refunds

   2.1 Eligibility

   Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   2.2 Refund Process

   If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

   2.3 Late or Missing Refunds

   If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 3. Shipping Costs

   Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

   We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, ( where we do need to see the damaged product via email ) send us an email at contact@edwardharskin.com
